This blog is sharing my journey as a doula mentor, as well as the journeys of my students who are becoming doulas. The student who has chosen my training decided to take an extensive course, much more comprehensive than the weekend training offered by DONA organization. Here I will write updates from the class as well as coaching tips for other doulas and pregnant mothers who prepare for their birth.

For the last 14 years I have worked as a birth doula and a childbirth educator. I coached women, empowered them, supported and nurtured them through the most profound transformation in a woman’s life - giving birth and becoming a mother. While integrating my experience as a birth doula with my life coaching skills,I am now mentoring doulas. Becoming a doula is a life changing experience which connects women to their primal wisdom and with our ancestor mothers. I am a mother of three daughters ages 16, 14 and 6. As I was pregnant with my first one, I became so fascinated with the pregnancy and the birth experience, that I went through a career change and became a birth doula and a childbirth educator. Since then I supported hundreds of couples and women.
